We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an external refurbishment project at a school in Brent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Liaise with school staff and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management, preferably in educational settings
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
