Salary: £60,000-£70,000
Notice Period: 3 Months | Reporting to: Head of Asset Management

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a flagship site in West London? An established and growing property developer with a reputation for excellence is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee a prestigious new development comprising 900 units across five impressive blocks.



What You'll Do

As the Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this landmark site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compliance Management: Ensuring the site adheres to all legal, health & safety, including compliance with the Building Safety Act.
  • Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, accounts, and client reporting with precision and transparency.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and supporting onsite staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Site Management: Conducting regular inspections and managing maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Leaseholder Communication: Managing relationships with leaseholders and overseeing the S20 process.
  • Major Works and Defect Resolution: Leading defect management and major works projects effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring all property systems and back-office administration run seamlessly.
