Your new companyThis reputable, established real estate investment firm is based out of their head office in North London. The company has excellent links to overground and underground train services in stunning newly refurbished offices.
Your new roleThe role will be supporting in the treasury and finance functions, working across multiple investments and JV's. The role will include:> Weekly bank reconciliations > Posting journals - accruals / prepayment > Preparation of trial balances > Reviewing budgets vs spend > Reporting to JV partners on progress > Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Director
What you'll need to succeedThe client is keen to meet with candidates who have worked in broad and busy finance roles, ideally with property or from the financial services sector. Candidates must have commenced or looking to commence their AAT qualifications and have strong Excel knowledge.
