QS required ASAP for developer / contractor on major new build residential project in Wembley

I have a urgent requirement on behalf of one of my clients, a London-based residential developer/contractor on a large new build residential project in NW London.

The role will primarly involve subcontractor package management to final account, as most of the procurement has been done.

The project runs for another 15 months.

The successful candidate will have either residential developer and / or main contractor experience, preferably on new build residential projects and have experience of managing subcontractor packages, including variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting, final accounts etc.

The role is site-based and available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
