We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning developer, specialising in flagship residential projects in London.

Our client has several schemes across London, all ranging from (Apply online only) units and are looking to expand their team. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on large project in North West London, consisting of 600 units.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for London's leading developer who invest in their staff, providing support for continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents.
  • Measurement and valuation of work done on-site.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cost analysis and cost control activities.
  • Negotiation of contracts and agreements with subcontractors.
  • Procurement and package management
  • Contribute to the overall success of the commercial team.
  • Have a project surveyor reporting into you
  • Report directly to and support the Managing Surveyor on site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 5 years experience working on new build residential projects
  • 3-5 years experience working as a senior quantity surveyor
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fresh, dynamic team

You will be based 3 days on site in Wembley, 1 day in the office in East London and you will also have the option to work at home 1 day of the week.
