If your forte is the property market then this Sales Negotiator with a prestigious Estate Agents could ideally be exactly what you are looking for.

Some of your duties will include:

- Promoting the sale of residential and commercial properties throughout the North West London area

- Meeting with buyers, establishing their property requirements and the budget available

- Recommending properties to suit client needs and conducting property viewings

- Negotiating offers of purchase between buyers and property owners and processing sales

- Liaising with sellers, conducting property valuations, agreeing sale price and organising advertising

- Devising online and media advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the sale of properties
