Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff member
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including standard correspondence
- Managing diary schedules for the legal team and arranging client appointments
- Controlling stationery and office supplies, purchasing new requirements and processing for payment
- Managing GDPR policy and ensuring all records are maintained correctly
