Job Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Alperton Lane, HA0 1HD
UNCAPPED OTE: £50,000.00 P/A (including a great commission structure)
ADDITIONAL BONUSES

Monday Friday 8am-5pm.
About the Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at REC Source, you'll be at the forefront of our business, driving client engagement, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from nurturing client relationships to supporting and mentoring your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Drive face-to-face client meetings to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Monitor job advert performance on job boards, analyse trends, and adapt strategies to maximise results.
2. Candidate Management and Recruitment:
Interview candidates and assess their suitability for various job roles.
Provide support and guidance to applicants, helping them prepare for interviews and ensuring they're 'interview-ready.'
Resource for job vacancies, leveraging various channels to identify and attract top talent.
3. Sales Leadership and Business Development:
Drive the team effort to achieve branch targets and business growth objectives.
Mentor and coach new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Support Recruitment Consultants with queries, issues, and operational requirements.
Proactively seek out and win new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth.

4. Operational Excellence and Innovation:
Take ownership of operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documentation and data effectively.
Drive efficiency and continue company growth by putting forward innovative ideas and solutions.
