Due to expansion and growth, they are expanding their Sales Team and looking for successful Business Development manager for Cleaning Services. The BDM will be responsible for driving company revenue through the identification, acquisition, and growth of new business relationships and opportunities. Their focus lies in promoting the company's cleaning services, understanding market trends in the cleaning sector and establishing the company as a top provider in the cleaning industry.

Duties:

  • As a business Development manager your focus will be on identifying business opportunities within the cleaning industry and turning these opportunities into new business
  • As a business Development manager you will use a variety of different methods to identify opportunities such as networking, existing business relationships, industry events, and light cold-calling
  • You will attend industry-specific events, conferences and seminars to network and gather leads and turn these into profitable business
  • As a Business Development Manager you will liase with senior management to determine short and long term goals that first in line with the companies strategy
  • You will nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders and other partners through regular contact, meeting sales calls to ensure that additional business is secured where possible and cement the client relationship
  • As the Business Development Manager you will maintain an understanding of the cleaning industry, market trends and capitalise on business opportunities
  • You will be part of the mobilisation process of new contracts and attend meetings for the first 3 months
  • You will be responsible to your sales pipeline and ensure enough activity to secure sales and new opportunities
  • Deep dive into market trends, needs, and competitors to strategically position the client at the forefront.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships

Candidate:

  • The right candidate will have proven experience within a business development role across the cleaning industry
  • You will have the righ experience in using MS office and other CRM systems
  • As the Business Development Manager you will have extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry and have a good understanding of the market trends
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • You must be self-driven and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
