Job Type; Full time Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4.30pm ( Overtime/Saturdays paid when working outside core hours)

1 day office based 4 days field based

Job Overview:

They are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join theirteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic plans.

Duties include:

- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Creatingand delivering practical presentations to potential clients (training will be provided)

- Collaboratingwith the sales team to achieve targets

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Business development experience is not essential, and Construction site experience, for example, bricklaying or general building, would be considered.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
