Finance Assistant for a Primary School in Brent
This is an exciting and varied role in which you will focus on providing School Finance. This may include:
- Processing receipts to external bodies
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting with BACS payments
- Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration
- Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow
- General administrative duties when required.
Hours: 5 days a week, 08:00 - 16:00, however the start / finish times can be negotiated.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous administrative experience, specifically relating to accounts or payroll
- Experience in a Social Care or Educational background
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
- FMS experience
