Science Teacher Needed in Brent!


Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit a Science Teacher for a secondary school, based in Brent. This would be a full-time position, starting in January 2025.

Job Title: Science Teacher

Contract: Term to Perm

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Rate: £160 per day minimum

Hours: 8:30am 4pm

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons to students so they motivated to progress and at best, experience the joy of learning.

Maintain the schools values, as this would not only shape the character of their students but also support the holistic development of each child.

Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum.

Set and maintain high expectations for student behaviour.

Regularly assess student progress through frequent evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their progression

Work closely with colleagues in the Science department and effectively add to the broader community of the school

YOU MUST:

Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK

Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service

Provide two professional references
