Long Term Futures is seeking a committed and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join the support team at a vibrant high school in Wembley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students.

The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and group support to students with varying needs across multiple subjects.
- Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
- Supporting students with SEND and helping them engage fully in the curriculum.
- Building positive relationships to boost students' confidence and academic progress.
- Helping to create a structured and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
- Previous experience working as an LSA or within a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of supporting SEND students is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
- A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
