  • Conduct social care assessments to identify needs and desired outcomes, ensuring residents are central to all interventions while promoting independence through choice and control over service delivery.
  • Protect the rights and promote the interests of residents and their carers, ensuring they are safeguarded in accordance with both the Council’s and Pan London Safeguarding Policy.
  • Engage in safeguarding investigations, contribute to strategy meetings, and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care and support.
