The Role - Students Welfare Officer

I am working with a school based in Brentwho are looking to appoint an experienced student welfare officer to join their dedicated staff as soon as possible. For this student welfare officer role, you will need to have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and experience of working within a similar environment.The role will include organising meetings for vulnerable students, assisting home visits, maintaining the student's files, always ensuring confidentiality and supervising students, alongside more.The suitable candidate will be knowledgeable, reliable, and responsible with good communication skills and the ability to work constructively as part of a team. Ideally need to be First Trained or be willing to do the training. It wikll be a studnet facing and admin position
