Assistant SENCO - Primary School

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the SENCO, working with a diverse group of pupils, and implementing strategies to meet their specific needs.

Role responsibilities:- Assist the SENCO in managing the provision for children with SEN across the school- Support teachers in identifying and addressing the needs of pupils with SEN- Help with the coordination and implementation of EHC plans- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
