Remedy Education are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN school in Brent. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people (14-19) with Autism, communication needs, emotional regulation difficulties, and personal care requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in their learning, communication, and emotional regulation
- Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with personal care and promoting independence
- Using specialist strategies and tools to help students engage in the classroom
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly Autism & communication needs
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach
- Willingness to support with personal care when required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for making a difference in young people's lives
