Anzuk are looking for experienced SEN teaching assistants to support one of our client schools in the Brent area!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for working with SEN children and supporting their educational development.
  • Committed to working 5 days a week
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (This can be obtained if you don’t have one)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is essential.
