As SENCO at our thriving Brent primary school, you will:? Lead and manage SEND provision, ensuring every child receives the support they need.? Develop and implement inclusive strategies for students with diverse learning needs.? Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to enhance student outcomes.? Monitor progress and oversee IEPs and EHCPs for pupils with SEND.? Ensure the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and best practices.

QTS with a minimum of three years' teaching experience.NASENCO qualification (or willingness to obtain it).Experience working with SEND pupils in a primary setting.Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all students.
