Develop and implement inclusive strategies for students with diverse learning needs.? Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to enhance student outcomes.? Monitor progress and oversee IEPs and EHCPs for pupils with SEND.? Ensure the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and best practices.
