Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? A school in Brent is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of their students.

The Role:

• Teach a group of 9 students with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and medical requirements.
• Support an active and engaging learning environment where students thrive through exploration and fun activities.
• Implement and manage highly organized routines to support individual learning and development needs.
• Work alongside a team of 5 highly experienced and supportive staff members.

Key Details:

• Students include those who are ambulant, some requiring wheelchairs, and others with Positive Behaviour Plans.
• Emphasis on creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SEND Teacher with experience in working with children with PMLD, ASC, and complex medical needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
• A passion for creating engaging learning experiences that inspire and empower students.
