The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process. This role ensures that the supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the company's goals for product availability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Knowledge required to be a Supply Chain Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain software.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
