Supply Chain Specialist | Fast-Growth Beauty Scaleup | London

The Client:

Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a very exciting fast-growth beauty scaleup that is looking to bring in a Supply Chain Specialist.

This is a mission driven business that focuses on new technologies to create the best pioneering skin care for a range of ages. This individualised product has made a massive impact in the beauty space and the company is boasting a recent Series B funding round worth over £10 million backed also by some of the best D2C VC's. The company is currently expanding into new sub-sectors of the beauty industry and have ambitious plans for growth in the next couple of years.

The company culture is one that is hardworking but fun, innovative and forward-thinking. The company has an office and factory space to work within including free breakfast and lunch every day. The collaborative nature of this company means there are lots of social events and each employee gets equity upon start date.

The Role:

This role will report into the Supply Chain Manager and focus on helping to run the operations team as efficiently as possible. The role is based in the Park Royal factory and will be 5 days a week in office but with flexible working hours.

The Duties:

  • Execute stock taking and planning/ forecasting processes.
  • Look into supply chain processes and implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Build out relationships with external suppliers in order to support the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Execute inbound supply chain operations helping the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Project delivery of initiatives to continually improve the performance of the supply chain process.
  • Run stock planning process to ensure supply of goods and stock holding are correct and cash flow maximised.

  • 2 years in an operations role.
  • Fast Growth startup experience.
  • FMCG product experience.
  • Ambitious and analytical.

What our client would like to see (Non-Essential Experience):

  • Specific beauty experience.
  • Scaleup experience.
  • Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
