We have an opportunity for a Plumber to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in North West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide variety of repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive job instructions and provide electronic feedback on completed works or additional tasks required.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds or Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
• Basic DBS Check

Benefits:
