My client, a successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy is seeking a confident and talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Wendover. My client is a well-established practice known for delivering high-quality design solutions and exceptional customer service. Their projects span both public and private sector developments primarily in the South East of England, as well as key clients across Great Britain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to begin their professional career within a supportive and dynamic team. You will work alongside experienced engineers and be involved in a range of projects, from small-scale to large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities for this Graduate Structural Engineer include:

  • Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support the preparation of reports, technical drawings, and calculations.
  • Work closely with architects, clients, and other professionals to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to assist with project development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with team members on a variety of engineering tasks while gaining experience in both design and project management.

The Ideal Graduate Structural Engineer will have:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • A strong academic background with knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
  • Proficient in structural design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
