Pipelayer/Drainage Operative – (Wendover HP22 6PN) – Fulltime

PAYE basis (Must Drive) 

On Offer:

• Rate of £20.39 per hour - first 39 hours
• Rate of £30.59 per hour - final 11 hours
• Rate of £22.63 per hour - average across 50 hours
• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
• Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, and Booking Receipts)

Overtime When Available:

• Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time
• Sunday – Double time

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Drainage/Pipelayer operavtive 
• Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safety working to method
• You will need to able to work, use, and set up Trench Boxes,Benching to all manhole boxes, Drag Boxes, Manhole Boxes,Trench sheets & framing, Use pipe lasers
• Lay concrete, clay & plastic pipes – all sizes - depths varying from 1 meter deep to 5 meter’s deep
• Ensuring pipes are laid to correct levels on correct bed/surround – tested & backfilled to proper specification
• CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card 
• SSSTS 
• Manual handling
• Driving Licence 

Preferred

• CSCS Gold card - Occupational Work Supervisor 
• SMSTS 
• Confined Space ticket 
• CAT & Genny ticket
