We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join the Grove Farm HS2 project with EKFB in Wendover. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in civils, infrastructure, or rail projects to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a major HS2 project.
Location:
- Wendover
- Working on the Grove Farm HS2 project with EKFB
Scope of Work:
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
- Ensuring all works are carried out to high standards, meeting quality, safety, and environmental requirements
- Coordinating with the project management team to monitor progress and resolve site challenges
- Ensuring Health & Safety protocols and RAMS are adhered to at all times
- Reviewing and updating project documentation as required
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working on HS2, civils, or infrastructure projects (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and CDM regulations
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage site teams effectively
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification (essential)
- Experience with EKFB processes or HS2 projects is advantageous
Rates & Benefits:
- 350 - 375 per day CIS, depending on experience and qualifications
- Potential for contract extension based on performance
Duration:
- 6 months minimum, with the possibility of extension
Start Date:
- May 2025
