CNC Turner - Setter/Operator

DCS are recruiting for one of their CNC Sub-contract machining clients based in the heart of the Ribble valley. They are a busy, modern company who poduce prismatic parts to various industries including Mining, Defence, Medical, Aerospace, Rail & Hydraulics.

DUTIES

• Setting repeat work in line with proven processes
• Daily production operating and tool life management
• Use of Mitutoyo CNC CMM machines for inspection (desirable)

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Engineering Apprenticeship required as a minimum
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work on your own & follow processes
• Disciplined approach to completion of paperwork within the scope of IS9001/AS9100 quality standards

Terms Hours of Work

Permanent full-time position 7.00am - 4.00pm Mon-Thurs

40 hours per week 7.00am - 1.00pm Friday

Payscale dependent on skill level
