Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Handle credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving any queries.

  • Contribute to the budgeting process by providing financial information and analysis.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a finance or accounting department.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
