This pivotal role will see you working across the organisation, providing essential support tailored to the needs of the company and its services.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

  • Manage short-term assignments, including quality improvement and service commissioning.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and support general managers, conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

The ideal Regional Support Manager will have:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and/or NVQ Level 4 in Care/Leadership and Management.
  • At least 3 years of management and leadership experience.
  • A full clean driving licence.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations
  • Previous CQC inspection being Good or Outstanding
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Care Sector and regulatory framework.
