As a Regional Support Manager, you will:
- Manage short-term assignments, including quality improvement and service commissioning.
- Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
- Recruit, train, and support general managers, conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
The Regional Support Manager will enjoy a comprehensive package, including:
