Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a passion for leading teams and driving innovation?
This is your chance to join a highly skilled Engineering Department within a lower tier COMAH facility, based in the heart of the West Midlands.
With a strong focus on safety, health, and the environment, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and developing a team of 25 staff and contractors. Your expertise in mechanical maintenance, project engineering, and personnel management will be key to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Mechanical and Civil Engineering departments.
Oversee mechanical maintenance and project engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Ensure the highest safety standards are met in all operations.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Experience:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering (minimum); degree preferred.
3+ years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and excellent computer skills.
