18 Recruitment are looking for a Senior Resident Liaison Officer for their social housing clients in the Midlands.

Role will be based in Oldbury but will be working across a number of contracts/projects across Birmingham & Coventry.

As this is a senior position you will also be overseeing 2 RLO's, carrying out 1-1's and providing general support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • To provide information and support for tenants whose homes are affected by major works.
  • Dealing with windows and doors and external decoration upgrades.
  • Managing Team of RLOs
  • To be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents
  • To ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes.
  • Deal with customer complaints etc and provide support to vulnerable residents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in liaison and management roles
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Driving License to get between sites
  • CSCS

Permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary is dependant on experience.
