Gleeson are delighted to be working with a regionally recognised and well respected financial services business in their search for a Campaign Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

Within this role, you will be expected to plan, manage and deliver the company's marketing campaigns to their customers. You will also be creating and delivering campaigns, content and communications through the appropriate marketing channels.

Due to the nature of this role and the responsibilities, you will need to have proven marketing campaigns experience within financial services to be considered for interview.

"What will I be doing day-to-day?"

  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be planning and delivering proactive high-quality campaigns, content and outputs which drive brand awareness, consideration and supports delivery of the strategic business plan.
  • Supporting the implementation of a digital marketing approach to increase awareness and engagement including email, social media, online sponsorships and website.
  • Lead content for campaigns and desired channels.
  • Write all campaign outputs such as blogs, social media posts, articles, video storyboards and work with studio to create strong visual elements.
  • Create marketing campaigns which drive lead generation, acquisition and retention.
  • Measure and report on all campaigns, tactics and channels.
  • Create and implement recommendations for campaign and channel optimisation to support a culture of planning and continuous improvement.
  • Pro-actively seek and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways.
  • Support with marketing projects as required by the Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing, ensuring all projects and campaigns are delivered on time, are within budget and meet all regulatory guidelines.

"What skills/experience would I need to have to be successful in this role?"

  • Proven track record in campaign management and delivery across the marketing mix.
  • Ability to work on numerous multi-channel campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong creative flair with excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • An understanding and interest of the Financial Services, in a client side marketing team.
  • Good analytical mindset- able to analyse metrics/trends and results to drive campaign efficiencies.
  • Meticulous planning, organisation, attention to detail, tenacity, with excellent communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or other design based software.
