Sales Manager | Birmingham - Hybrid | West Bromwich + National Travel as required | Full Time | Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | £50,000 + OTE £25,000-£30,000 Commission

You're a resilient, customer-focused leader with a proven sales record. You thrive on building relationships and delivering results.

Essential qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of the bathroom, plumbing, or heating industry

What will your role look like?

  • Lead sales and marketing teams, setting and smashing sales targets
  • Build relationships with key clients and uncover new business opportunities
  • Develop marketing campaigns to boost our brand and grow revenue
  • Track sales performance, analyse trends, and drive strategic growth
  • Manage budgets, oversee stock levels, and negotiate profitable deals
