Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Wood Machinist /CNC Operator Programmeron behalf of their clients based in West Bromwich.
TheWood Machinist / CNC Operator Programmerwill work alongside an existingwell established team to produce high quality products.
Our client is looking for someone who is after a longterm career that is willing to grow, develop and maintain the company reputation and quality of products.
This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Fridays 8am - 3:30pm.
The salary range for this role is between30,000 pa to 37,500,experience dependent.
Job role and duties;
- Reading from drawings to program, set and operate machinery
- Produce high quality products
- Work in line with company procedures and machine capability
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic maths for measurements.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machinery and implement solutions promptly.
- Maintain and improve productivity
- Work to company health and safety protocols and keep work area tidy at all times.
