What Were Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
Proven leadership managing Mechanical and Civil Engineering teams.
Strong background in mechanical maintenance and industrial manufacturing projects.
Expertise in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Excellent personnel and communication skills collaborate across all levels of the business and with external agencies like HSE.
Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering (minimum) degree preferred.
10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Adaptable, organized, and ready to handle multiple complex projects.
