This job is to train and develop existing site staff and machine drivers in the correct management of an earthworks job, teaching them and monitoring how to edge properly, finishing works, how to leave a muck pile, how to finish at the end of each day to ensure client satisfaction, tidiness and safety.
This job is all about training and developing machine drivers and foreman to deliver high quality earthworks, this is a roving role around various sites, it is a long term career role working for 1 company.
Salary from 50,000 - 75,000 depending on experience
