We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in the West Bromwich area.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company. The role offers company training and excellent potential for progression.Salary - £26-28KHours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to FridayMain Duties:
- First point of contact for customer queries
- Answering a range of internal and external calls.
- Escalating problems internally when required
- Following up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner.
- Tracking outstanding deliveries and liaising with site managers/transport team.
- Processing customer orders & raising additional items required to resolve aftercare issues.
Requirements:
- Previous office based customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable
- Strong problem solving skills
