Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinicians to meet practice goals and deliver outstanding patient care.
- Lead and mentor less experienced Dental Nurses, providing training and support.
- Assist the Compliance Manager and Supervisor in maintaining high standards.
- Plan and assist with morning huddles to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
- Perform routine nursing duties, infection control, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Support compliance efforts, with full training provided for systems like iComply.
What Were Looking For:
- Dental Nursing Qualification (NEBDN or NVQ 3)
- Dental Nurse Registration with the General Dental Council
- Hepatitis B immunisation
- GDC Registered with a portfolio of CPD
- Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience
- Lead Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator experience is a plus
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members
- Familiarity with HTM 01-05, GDC, and CQC standards is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality are a must!
