The Role

As an Electrical Engineer, youll be a key technical authority within the business, responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a small team of electrical personnel.
  • Overseeing electrical maintenance and planned preventative systems.
  • Designing, specifying, and installing electrical equipment for new and existing projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with ATEX regulations, BS60079, and area classification standards.
  • Managing budgets and working closely with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Promoting a strong culture of safety, training, and operational excellence.
What Were Looking For
  • HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, hands-on approach.
