The RoleAs an Electrical Engineer, youll be a key technical authority within the business, responsible for:
- Leading and developing a small team of electrical personnel.
- Overseeing electrical maintenance and planned preventative systems.
- Designing, specifying, and installing electrical equipment for new and existing projects.
- Ensuring compliance with ATEX regulations, BS60079, and area classification standards.
- Managing budgets and working closely with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, training, and operational excellence.
- HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Background in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, hands-on approach.
