The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. This will be a reactive and a proactive maintenance role, working to and carrying out the monthly PPM work. The ideal candidate will come from an electrical engineering background, and you should be able to work on your own initiative, be a time served engineer with a multi-skilled pedigree. and have fast moving manufacturing experience. A good working knowledge of PPM systems will be advantageous, on a day to day basis you will work with sealing machines, labellers, slicers along with packaging machinery and PLC controlled equipment, using Siemens and Allen Bradley. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
