Organisational Development Partner Location: BirminghamSalary: £40,000 p.a.Contract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleAs the Organisational Development Partner, you will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that enhance staff development and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with various departments, you will design, implement, and evaluate programs to improve employee performance and support the organisations mission.Responsibilities Organisational Development Partner

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR and organisational data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to staff development.
  • Utilise data insights to recommend improvements in L&D programs and organisational processes.
  • Design and deliver innovative L&D initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make data-driven adjustments, as necessary.
  • Lead and manage organisational development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organisational development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to staff development, organisational culture, and change management.
  • Adapt flexibly to the changing needs and priorities of the HR service.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, experience of successfully leading organisational development projects.
  • Deep understanding of Learning & Development principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible environment.
  • Proven experience of driving innovation and fostering continuous improvement in past position
