Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer / Remedial Plumber. Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands. Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Remedial Plumber for a reputable provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services. " Holding the City and Guilds / NVQ ( level 2 or higher) is essential to the role. " Extensive experience carrying out L8 compliance duties in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Familiar updating onsite logbooks. " Able to communicate efficiently. " Excellent organisational skills. The Role:" Water sampling. " Legionella monitoring. " Carrying out CWST inspections, refurbishments, cleans & chlorination's." TMV servicing and failsafe testing. " Showerhead cleans and acid disinfections. " Carrying out pre-planned remedial tasks. " Flushing of little used outlets. " Cleans and disinfections on hot and cold-water systems. " Deadleg removals. " Rerouting, replacing, and adjusting of PVC and copper pipe. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
