  • Lead environmental monitoring and reporting programs, ensuring all regulatory and permit requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on Health, Safety, and Environmental (ESG) performance, tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive incident reporting, investigations, and risk management processes to ensure operational safety.
  • Support the site management team with Safe System of Work (SSOW) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental permit application specifications, including biodiversity and landscape management plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or equivalent in an Environmental or Health and Safety-related field, or substantial experience in a regulatory or supervisory role (desirable).
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail and a professional approach to confidentiality.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex challenges.

  • Integrity and the ability to set a high standard for yourself and others.
