Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a large organisation in the education sector who currently require support for their senior leadership team in a Personal Assistant to Board of Directors. The leadership team of 5 currently has one PA and is looking to bring another onboard. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to become permanent, but will initially be a temporary contract, potentially 1-2 months.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox coordination, responding or redirecting where appropriate
  • Complex diary management of meetings on site in West Bromwich, off site and coordinating with personal commitments
  • Organising small events, such as team building activities as well as official events with external stakeholders
  • Arrange all travel, accommodation and transport
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes, following up on action

A successful Personal Assistant to Board of Directors will have:

  • Significant experience at a PA/EA role, ideally at Board/ C-Suite level
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skill
  • Confident, and concise communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office
  • Exposure to the public or education sectors would be beneficial
