Job Title: Corrugation Extrusion Setter
Location: West Bromwich
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 7 pm - 7 am
Hourly Rate: £15.36
We are currently seeking a Corrugation Extrusion Setter to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating extrusion machinery to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate corrugation extrusion machines to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and manage the flow of consumables within the department.
- Ensure all products meet in-house quality standards.
- Adhere to the Company Health and Safety Policy and perform all duties safely, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support 5S activities to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Support production targets and goals by driving performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform any additional duties as required.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of setting up and running extrusion corrugation machines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and tooling used in extrusion operations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
