Zest Education is collaborating with a 'good' rated school in West Bromwich to find a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to inspire and educate students starting January 2025 on a full-time, ongoing basis.

As a Year 2 Teacher at this esteemed school, your responsibilities will include devising engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and delivering high-quality instruction in line with the curriculum. You will be expected to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Strong communication skills, a nurturing approach, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles are essential for this role.
To be successful in this role you must be a qualified teacher with a QTS Status, with experience working within a key stage 1 setting preferably a year 2 class. The school are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and passionate to providing the highest level of education to all students no matter their ability or needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
