- Night Shift
- 21.00 - 07.00 (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
- 20.30 - 07.00 (Wednesday)
You will need to be available on day shift (07.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday) to undergo a training & qualification course for a period of up to 12 weeks. The company run bespoke software and machinery that you will be required to learn prior to transferring to the night shift.

The Role
As a CNC Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the night shift production team, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and leading a team of CNC operators and machinists.
* Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines.
* Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Troubleshooting machine issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
* Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior CNC Operator.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations, ideally within a wood manufacturing environment.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility with working hours.
