Key Responsibilities:

Project Assessment: Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor requirements for aluminium rainscreen systems.
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal facade projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive bids to secure new projects.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and provide technical guidance.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Metal Facade Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of aluminium rainscreen systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
