- Liase with clients providing high levels of customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, deal with any queries or complaints.
- Manage website queries and emails and respond efficiently.
- Processing customer purchase orders in a timely manner.

- Looking after client accounts, processing orders and creating purchase orders.
- You will be required to proactively call existing clients to develop on build on existing relationships, to make sure you are offering them a full service.

- At least 2 years' working in an Internal Sales or Sales Administrator position.
- Experience working in an electrical or similar industry would be advantageous (Training will be provided on product knowledge).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
